Family Systems

This is the moment mom. It's time to take your rightful place as CEO of your home. This will take strength, effort and agility – abilities you already possess. After all, you're a mom. You know all about hard work, long hours and giving it your all.

With the right mindset, mastering your home will be as easy as baking a cake from a box. Here's the secret: You must run your house like a business – and not just any business, but a successful one. Go ahead and put the sign in your window: This home under new management.

Think big. Be the Nordstrom, Nike or innovate like Apple. This is your home, your company, your vision. Be as big as you know you are.

The secret to success is simple and successful businesses already know it. They've honed the skill to precision. It's what we call a “business system.” Sometimes so complex and other times so simple, a business system is how a company can operate amidst pressure and potential chaos. As a mom, you know all about pressure and chaos. This is how to overcome it and better yet – thrive in it.

A business system is a process to accomplish a task in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. Every successful company develops these systems to increase their flow and more importantly their profitability. Why? Because time is money. For moms the currency is not money – it's sanity. It's taking away the stress and frustration. It's finding a little more time to do the important things in life like reading to our children, patiently dealing with a tantrum and by golly spending a little time doing the things that make us happy.

Once you embrace the power of a business system and bring the concept to your home, you will gain confidence in your role as ceoMom. It's your title. Go Mom!
