How much should I pay a babysitter

Description: We live in Salt Lake and the babysitters are getting very expensive. It seems like once you find a great one that you have to pay a higher amount to keep them. I have 2 kids ages 3 and 5 and we have been paying between 8-12 dollars an hour depending on the babysitters experience and ages. It makes going expensive so we don't go out very often.
