This is sooooo true! I do the same thing and it's amazing what it does for me. It makes me feel like I've got things under control. Also, I make sure to open all the blinds in the whole house first thing in the morning. I know that sounds obvious, but if I don't do it first thing, it'll be noon and my house is still dark.
