Have a "Late Over"

A great idea for a 12-year old birthday party is to have a "Late Over." A sleep over is a lot of work and some parents don't even allow sleep overs. A late over means the kids get to stay up late watching movies, but all go home to sleep. They can still come in their PJ's and have a pillow fight. It's so much fun! You could also make pancakes at midnight or before they go home.
