School Year's Eve Party

Divisions: College Students, Grades 1-3, Grades 4-6, Holiday Celebrating, Kindergarten

The PTA just sent me this email about having a school year's eve party. I'm all about parties and I think it would be a fun tradition to start. When I was growing up we had several back to school traditions and I loved them. It would be even more fun to keep those traditions but make it bigger and have a PARTY.

There are some ideas and things you can download on http://www.schoolyearseve.com. Instead of making it a friend party like the website suggests, I am going to do it as a family and send the kids invitations. We always celebrate getting out of school but what about going back? Have fun!

My sister is doing this for her kids, she is having family, friends, and the kids friends over for a back to school party. BBQ and smores. She is a big party planner, I never thought of it until she brought it up. :-) Have fun with yours!!!
