Shrek Shake

A friend of mine makes this "Shrek Shake" for breakfast every morning and her 5-year old daughter drinks it too. This is a GREAT way to get more nutrients into your diet.

Shrek shake for two people:

1 1/4 cup of pineapple juice
About 1 1/2 cup of loose spinach (you'll have to play with this a bit to get the portion right; I just kind of grab how much I think)
2 celery stalks
1/2 spear of pineapple spears from Costco
1/2 cup ice

Blend. You can also use strawberries instead of fresh pineapple or you could take out the celery (or keep it in) and add a banna if you want it to be sweeter.

The key is to not making it too thick. It tastes better when it's thinner.
