Outside Exercise Safety

We recently had a jogger in my area get run over and killed by a vehicle. It took awhile for the police to figure out who she was because, like me, she didn't run with her ID in hand. Someone on the news said that it would be smart of all cyclists, runners and walkers to write their name on the inside of their shirt with their phone number or to write the information on their IPOD holder or somewhere that could identify you in case of an emergency. I will be doing this because I walk alone. Hopefully you will do the same!
