Gas For Sure!

I've always had an electric stove top, but we remodeled a house about 3 years ago and put in a KitchenAid four gas burner range with a griddle in the middle and love it!

One of the main reasons I like it is because you have so much more control over the temperature instantly. If something gets too hot you can turn down the burner and it will start to cool instantly as opposed to an electric.

I went with KitchenAid for all my new appliances and have been very pleased with them. I think there are several great appliances to chose from these days and unless you're a gourmet cook it's hard to even realize the benefits of the extra features.

I chose KitchenAid because I wanted the look and feel of a viking or wolf range without the expense.
