I never quite know how much batter to put in the cupcake pan to make the right size cupcake or muffin. Plus, the box always says it makes "24," but you usually run out early or have to go back to refill each slot. And don't use a spoon. Very messy.
Anyway, I figured out that a 1/3 MEASURING CUP filled with batter is the right amount per cupcake. This is for a regular sized pan. I'll never guess again.
