The Secret to Cooking Halibut

The secret to cooking perfect halibut is this: High heat!

Put a pan on your stove and turn your stove on medium-high heat. Wait until steam is coming up from the pan indicating the pan is super sizzling hot.

Dip your filet in olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in hot pan. The fish will immediately sizzle!

Simply cook on each side for FOUR minutes. Serve immediately.

Your halibut will be lightly crispy on the outside and falling apart inside. Restaurant quality! Use fresh fish for the best taste too.
