I found a great cookbook for healthy eating. It has great recipes that actually taste really good and most recipes are dairy free, wheat free, and soy free. She uses rice milk and coconut milk and other cool substitutions. It has opened my eyes to some great options for substitutions. It has gluten-free bread, cookies, pancakes, etc. and lots of fun sweets. It has been very helpful for me. It is called "The Feel Good Cookbook" found on Amazon. There are two cookbooks with that name, but one is a marajuana cookbook....LOL! So don't be confused! Hope it helps!
