I'm 19 and I have a 1-year old son. Since I've became a mom, none of my friends really talk to me except one who has a baby herself. My friends always said your baby is always in the way of us having a good time. I told them my son is first over anyone in this world you. At far as with your friend, I think she just doesn't understand you anymore because you're different -- you're a mom now -- more mature and more busy. Sit down or call her one day and just ask her "Why haven't you wanted to hang out or talk to me since I've had the baby?" If her response is like what I've gotten, I'd leave them behind. If she just doesn't know how to connect because you're a new mom and are really tired or you don't do things you're used to, find a way to take a day out with her. I know this may not be the answer you're looking for, but I figured that maybe I could help you in someway.
