My neighbor, Connie, responded to my question for a way of patching my frayed jeans by lending me her "as seen on TV" Tear Mend glue (which I had not seen on TV). Um, it was fabulous!
I actually used it on more than just my jeans (I already confessed that to Connie). It works great to reinforce little holes you get in your camis and shirts so they don't spread. You can also glue the holes shut with a little skill if the fabrics not too thin. It is ideal for tiny rips along seams that take more than a quick minute to stitch -- like armpit holes, inseam holes, etc. Great glue!
