Baby Boot Camp

I recently started taking exercise classes through an organization called Baby Boot Camp. I was sorely needing to get moving beyond the crawling around on the floor activities of late. As the name implies, your child (or children) come with, you pushing them in a jogging stroller and yes, it's hard but in a good way. It's a great workout with cardio and resistance training. It feels a lot like a big play date! Besides the exercise, it's a great way to meet other moms and get in many good laughs!
