Party Favorite: Homemade Salsa!

My husband begs me to make this and so does my extended family. It's a great appetizer for any party or get-together! My kids love it too.

1 clove fresh garlic, chopped
1 28-ounce can stewed tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Anaheim pepper, chopped (usually located next to regular peppers at the store - kind of a long skinny green pepper)
Chopped cilantro
Salt seasoned to taste
Chips (I like mixing regular tortilla chips with blue tortilla chips for extra fancy)

Mix together and serve with chips!
