Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookies

My favorite cookies...the dough is hard to resist too!

1 cup real butter - softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon coconut extract
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups blended oatmeal - use blender
1 bag of milk chocolate chips

Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar, and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
