Mother's Day

I'm a mom and a grandma and live in a different state than my children. My daughter and son came up with a great idea last year for Mother's Day. They created a clothing allowance for me. So every time I visit them, I get to go shopping.

Flowers are a wonderful gift, but they don't last long. Chocolates aren't bad either, however, they show up on my hips. Going to the mall is just the right gift for me, especially since my daughter and I have precious time alone together while shopping and that is actually the biggest gift for me.
