I always buy the salmon fillets. Simply wash the fillet then place it on a sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil, a bit of lemon juice and add some fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Then wrap in the foil, much like a tin foil dinner. Place under your broiler for about 15 to 20 minutes (depending on the size of the fillet). Super fast main course for dinner and never dried out. My two year old loves it!!
