I love being organized and in control of my life. Sometimes, to a fault. Therefore, the one thing I am constantly reminding myself to do is: "Enjoy the Journey."

Yes, we all want our laundry done, the dishes out of the sink, a perfect home, perfect husband and children. However, the most important thing we can do is enjoy the time we have to spend with our loved ones. One of the best ways we can do this is by being organized and in control of our lives!

Yes, the reason why we are trying to be organized is so we can have time to enjoy the journey! Thanks for putting it so clear! We often spend so much time looking for things (like keys or shoes) and that is all wasted time. Thanks for the motivation!

Yes! I am so glad you get it! I know when my kids were younger I made myself crazy trying to make sure everything was folded, washed put away and so on. I have found if we put it where it belongs the first time (keys, shoes and so on) we don't spend a bunch of time looking for them. I came to the realization long ago that the only way the laundry and dishes will be caught up is to join a nudist colony that only eats twigs and berries! Not likely to happen!
