Easy Chocolate Mousse for Mom

I think every mom needs a decadent dessert that is easy to make. Here is one of my favorites:

-- 6 to 8 ounces chocolate chips (you can use any flavor, but I like semi-sweet or dark)
-- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Mix 1/4 cup whipping cream with the chocolate chips and melt in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. If still a little lumpy, cook it for 30 more seconds. Set aside to cool. Whip the rest of the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream. Add some chocolate shavings and enjoy!
