Nichols' Breakfast Pizza

This is one of my favorite recipes, given to me by one of my students.

1 pkg refrigerator Crescent Rolls
1/3 pkg Jimmy Dean Sausage-cooked and crumbled up (optional)
6-8 eggs beaten with splash of milk
1/3 - 3/4 cup various chopped vegetables- green, red or yellow peppers, green onions, broccoli etc.
Grated cheese - however much you want

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Roll out crescent roll dough flat into 9x13 inch pan, Make edge around pan and press seams together. Sprinkle sausage and vegetables evenly on dough. Pour eggs evenly over vegetables and sausage, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 - 30 minutes.

Wow,
That sounds really good. I think I might try it with my roll recipe and see if it tastes as good without those yummy crescent rolls. I hope so. I want to try it.
