My mom always grates her zucchinis and stores them in Ziploc bags in the freezer. She stores it in the bag according to the amount that she uses in her zucchini bread recipe and thaws it out to make fresh bread year round.

Wonderful! I had the same question, so I'm glad to know I don't have to make the bread ahead of time. Thanks!

super practical and easy
As good as zucchini bread is in the middle of summer, it has to be great when it's cold outside and you really want to turn that oven on again and bake something warm and yummy!
