I tried these the other day and they were pretty good. You can also mix up the flavoring ingredients for variety (ie. swap raisins for craisins). Great for boating and camping trips! 5 minutes!
Granola Bars

Naborhood Bakery, Gardner Village, 1100 W. 7800 S., West Jordan
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 Tbs. honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 Tbs cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup quick oats
1 1/4 cup puffed rice cereal
1 cup nuts
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
• Cream butter, sugars, honey, vanilla and egg together, mixing well.
• Combine all dry ingredients.
• Add slowly to creamed mixture.
• Press into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
• Let cool and cut into bars.
