Finding Time

I know that this is so hard for almost all moms. I recently had to start taking time out for me. Try and do this at least once a week. For me, I had to find some friends again. I had been in my own bubble learning how to deal with the challenges that I am faced with and almost didn't know how to relate to anyone. I go to the gym or walk with my friend. I love to go out with friends and just be me. Being a mom is the hardest calling ever, so strive to take one day at a time and remember to breathe!
