Cream of Zucchini Soup

A great dinner idea for your overflowing garden of zucchinis!

3 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup water
4 Tbsp. onion - chopped
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 cup milk
1/2 pint half & half
1 tsp. All Season salt
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. chicken stock (vegetable stock for you vegetarians)
2 Tbsp. flour
pepper

Make a sauce with the melted butter, flour and salt. Add remaining ingredients and season with pepper. Boil for 20 minutes. Blend in the blender before serving for a smooth soup.
