An Alternative to PB & J

When a quick lunch/snack is needed, turning to a peanut butter and jelly sandwich is always super easy... but we have gotten creative when it was time to try something new!

*Try your favorite bread (we use whole grain) with cream cheese and cucumber slices.

*Favorite bread with almond butter or hummus instead. Healthier too!

*Apple butter with apple slices

*Cream cheese with fresh fruit for topping (strawberries, blue berries, etc.)

Yummm!

I like you! I love almond butter and hummus! For some reason though, I hadn't thought of letting my kids try it. It's so much healthier than peanut butter. Thanks for another great tip!
