Do You Ever Wonder If You are Overspending on Groceries?

I have been doing some research to determine if I am overspending on my groceries. I like to buy fresh, organic and hormone-free when possible.

The USDA says that a moderate amount for a family of four to spend monthly on food is $771.10 and a liberal plan is $954.60.

Now I at least have a guideline to work with.
