Soy Allergy

During my first pregnancy, I became very sensitive to peanut butter of any kind. Now I am totally allergic...at least I thought.

I have discovered that my allergy is actually to Soy. Isn't soy supposed to be good for you? That's what I had thought.

As I research more into soy, the more I discover that it inhibits protein digestion and can cause other health issues.

I just ate a peanut butter sandwich, which contained strawberry jam, peanut butter (containing only peanuts and %1 salt) and whole wheat bread. I can breath and have only a small headache, which is a miracle.
Recently I found chocolate chips in the bulk section of Winco that do not contain soy, which means I can eat my whole wheat cookies without a headache as well! I need to start looking on the back to see what contains soy, so that I stop feeling so miserable.

I recommend looking around at research. Here is a website you can start with.
