Simple Meal Planning

To make meal planning quick and easy, all you need is a binder and some paper. The first page in your meal binder is a list of the commonly made meals in your home. As you look through the list, notice which meals include ingredients you already have and which ones sound good for that week. Then write the decided meals on a calendar that's kept in the see-through cover of your binder.

To make a grocery list for that week, keep several copies of a list with all of your commonly used items on it. Just circle the ones you need and take your list to the store.

The rest of your binder is filled with your recipes. That way all you need for meal planning and preparation is in one place!
