Morning Sickness Help

I struggled with Saltine crackers first thing in the morning. So I eat 1/2 of a granola bar and this seems to help the morning sickness, instead of the dry crackers.

I know this might sound crazy, but I found if I left a piece of bread in a sandwich bag by my bed and woke up to eat it one hour before my usual wake up time, my morning sickness was almost all gone. Silly, but it worked!
