Removing Stains and Markings From Walls

Have you tried Mr. Clean magic eraser? Just be careful, because if you rub too hard it will remove paint. Also acetone (commonly found in fingernail polish remover) takes marker off of most things, but test before using it on walls (just make sure it isn't acetone free). One last chemical: hairspray removes ink from clothing; maybe walls too. Hopefully one of these will help. I'm just not sure if dry erase is different.

My daughter loves to push herself hard from the kitchen table and constantly leaves black marks on my walls. It comes off with the Mr. Clean magic eraser, but don't rub too hard or for too long.

PINE SOL>>
I use it for everything.. just use it straight on really tough stuff, but for cleaning most walls I mix it with water.. about the same strength as when you do the floors!.. IT WORKS GREAT ON FLAT PAINT!
