Awesome Wall Art Made by Kids!

ceoMom 597, Kim

Get a cheap piece of tile from Home Depot / Lowes, under $1. Get some permanent tile paint that you oven back on. Paint kids hands with special paint. Add designs to it and bake. Within 1 hour, you have a permanent piece of art that is personalized with child's hand print. Then get a plate wire holder. They sell at Michaels for about $2-$3. I have had so many complements on mine. It makes for a great conversational piece and the kids just love it!

This sounds like a lot of fun! Do you have a picture of yours? Also, where can I find permanent tile paint?

You can get the paint at michaels craft store. It is by the etching materials. It comes in all colors and it is permenant paint for ceramics , glass, etc.. You bake it and it becomes a permanent part of that surface. I will get a picture tommorrow and share it. Thanks for your interest. It is a great project!
