on the job training for the Executive
Domestic
Hi ceoMoms – I hope you are
having a good day today. I just learned about the devastation in Myanmar and it
is always humbling to know what to say. I suppose I could ramble on about all
the things we moms need to do (and there’s no question about that), but for
today I simply want to express my concern and wishes to the moms (and dads) and
children caught in the tumult of cyclone Nargis. It’s one of those days you
just want to squeeze your kids a little tighter.
It would be easy for us now
to become fearful. Fearful of unexpected things like weather. Fearful of events
that could happen. Fearful of life. Please do not take this path. Do not pass
on fear to your children who are watching and learning from you. The people of Myanmar do not
need us to fear for ourselves – They need us to send them positive energy,
prayers, aid or whatever positive thing you feel compelled to give. Let’s think
of them today.
Love,
ceoMom 101
