on the job training for the Executive Domestic

Hi ceoMoms -- I hope you woke up this morning feeling refreshed from a good night's rest. If not, let's try again tonight. We've got to do everything in our power to get some of that energy back! If you're feeling tired all the time, ask yourself if you are getting consistent sleep every night, some exercise during the day and avoiding sugary foods. Those are a mom's plight, but just think: they are all things we can control for the most part (unlike potty training or getting a little one to eat broccoli). And yet when we take care of ourselves, our family members greatly benefit too. It's a gift to us and to our kids.

Many thanks to all the great tips that came in yesterday to help ceoMom 278, Dianne who recently moved to San Diego and needs help with her seven-year old son who is having a little trouble adjusting. I'm just imagining being so close to the beach and the warm San Diego weather. Your son will love it when he's learning to surf in a few years! Hang in there!
