on the job training for the Executive Domestic

Hello ceoMoms - It's time to get down to business. How many of you are tired, exhausted or out of energy? 4:00 comes and you just want to throw yourself on the couch and pretend you can't hear your kids calling for you from the other room... Or maybe you're just tired of the daily "mom" grind. The laundry, the dishes, load/unload, fold and fold again. Or better yet, maybe it's the constant chaos or mood swings your kids go through that just make you want to lock yourself in the bathroom for 10 minutes.

Guess what? That's ok. All of it is ok. Power comes through accepting it. Letting go of the power struggle will actually empower you. The boring dishes just need to get done. Don't fight it. The chaos will continue, but it won't affect you. And sleep? Get as much as you can; then accept being tired and you'll find more energy in not fighting against it. Live to enjoy the little things and your life will become big.

Love,
ceoMom 101
