Hi ceoMoms - "No, no, no! I won't do it!" You probably think I'm talking about something your child says to you when it's time to go to bed or eat broccoli, but actually this is for you to say. We moms -- the nurturers, the guardians, the stay-up-all-night-and-do-whatever-it-takes-to- get-it-done moms -- tend to say "yes" to everyone and everything. Why? Because we moms can do it all. But that doesn't mean we should.

Busting our dairy airs to accomplish all that it takes to be a mom is no easy task. And yet, we keep accepting project after project and favor after favor. Sometimes, mom, we gotta just say no. We gotta get some peace, some tranquility or maybe we just need some time to BE with our kids without worry or thought about having to accomplish yet another task. Don't be afraid to stand up and say "no" every once in a while and don't even think about feeling guilty about it. You are simply worth it.
