on the job training for the executive domestic

Dear ceoMom - Do you remember what your dreams are? When we are young, we have so many visions, expectations and aspirations. Then as the years go by, we are faced with challenges, disappointments and guilt and our dreams become buried beneath it all. And it seems the only times we talk about dreams is to our children. We teach them to believe in themselves and to reach for their goals. And we want so desperately for our children to achieve everything life has to offer.

But somehow we have forgotten our own dreams. We tell ourselves it's too late or it's no longer possible. And yet, the only thing we need to do is want something. You always have to know what it is that you want. And when you desire something special, the stars will align. I think sometimes we are so quick to tell our children to believe in themselves and yet we forget to believe in what we can do too.

What do you want to be when you grow up? Really truly ask yourself this.

Love,
ceoMom 101
