Being a CEO and A CEO mom

I am eager for the day when being a CEO MOM will be the only CEO I have to worry about. I leave again today on another long day at work in hospitality management. My heart breaks a little every day I have to leave them! At least I was here this morning to see my 1 year old walk for the 1st time!

I know it's hard to leave your kids, but don't fret too much. It's not the quantity of time, but the quality of time that matters to a child. Many moms who stay home all day spend less quality time with their kids than some moms who work all day. You simply appreciate your time with your kids all the more if you're not able to be there 24/7. And you are also teaching your children lessons like hard work, aspiring to a career and education and also what a strong woman looks like. You are always being the CEO!
